I shopped around quite a bit before making this purchase and I could not be happier with my buying choice. It shipped quickly and arrived well packaged and in good order. The included instructions made the assembly a breeze and I built the twin size for a child’s bed. In the end, it is a very sturdy frame that I am sure will last a long time and will offer some flexibility in being able to adjust to larger sizes as needed.

Major kudos to the manufacturer for being on top of quality and taking care of customers. After my first poor experience with this frame, Nat from Linen Spa reached out to me directly to address my concerns. The second product was shipped out immediately and arrived double boxed and taped carefully. Upon opening the contents of the box, the product was exactly as described and I was able to complete installation in around 10 minutes. So far it looks great and supports my queen size mattress well. Excellent customer service from Linen Spa and I wish I had dealt with them directly the first time around.

I ordered this bed frame a few days ago given the positive reviews on this site. I just received the package and much to my delight, the box was chewed up beyond recognition. The only thing keeping the bed frame from falling out of the box was the tape. Upon opening the box, I pulled out pieces of the instruction manual, which had been shredded into 10 different pieces. No problem, how hard can a bed frame be to set up? After I took all the pieces out and started assembly, I noticed how scratched up and dusty the frame pieces were. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. Upon completion of the bed frame, I happily noticed that I couldn’t successful complete the frame without the wheels, which the manufacturer had neglected to send me. To make things even better, one of the frame pieces was bent.
So now, after this delightful process of discovering how my bed frame won’t even work, I have to lug 30lbs of odd-shaped metal pieces in the back of a tiny car to the nearest post office, which may or may not have a box of the correct strength and size to support this return.

Bought this on Amazon after looking elsewhere (numerous mattress stores) since they had the lowest price and free shipping (nice convenience). Solid frame, well built, and easy assembly. Fits queen size mattress and box spring perfectly.
