This is by far the best dog bed I’ve ever purchased!! My dogs are older and this is like a posturepedic bed for dogs.
It was not a factor in my buying decision, but the price was also one of the lowest!

Our 90 lb lab LOVES this bed. His previous bed was a piece of regular foam. As soon as he tried this new memory foam bed, he stayed on there all night. He is 9 years old with some joint problems, so this is likely a lot more comfortable for him than regular foam. It’s very nice that it also comes with a fitted cover, which comes off easily for washing.

I bought 3 of these for my 2 German Shepherds and my Chow/Golden Retriever Mix. The reviews here and the fact that I bought my parents a human version of this for their 49th anniversary, and they love it, helped me make the buying decision.
The dogs, although they have not specifically commented, love these beds. You know a dog loves a bed when you sneak in while they are asleep and they are laying upsidedown, legs in the air, then wake while you watch them, and without moving an inch, they stare at you, trying to understand why you appear to be upsidedown.
Another indication of their enjoyment of the bed is the fact that they are not restless at night. In the past, on a towel, a blanket, or another type of pillow, they moved around like a pauper in a pay toilet and made the associated grunts and groans. That has ended.

I bought another dog bed from amazon that claimed to be memory foam, but was NOT. THIS dog bed is memory foam!! I am also especially impressed with the inner waterproof lining.
This bed is square and fits my large german shepherd dog perfectly to curl up on. The cats like it too!

I am very pleased with the quality of this bed. I have two labs 75 and 55 pounds and it is important that products are durable. This bed is well made with good detail. The stitching and seams on the covers are all straight and tight. The covers fit well and the fabric quality is good. The zippers for the inside and outside covers work good and I can get the pad out of the covers without much difficulty. I like that the outer cover is machine washable in denim cloth and I like that the inner cover is waterproof and made of a soft fabric (one that doesn’t sound like plastic every time the dogs walk on it). The extra-large pad is thick and the size is perfect for one or both to curl up on to nap. I like that it is not too heavy so that I can move it easily from room to room if needed. They both took to this bed right out of the box. For the price I received a really GOOD QUALITY DOG BED. Also I’m happy that by purchasing from this company (via Amazon) I supported a home based business. The bed shipped really fast too.
